Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks an Organizational Learning Advisor, Enterprise Systems, to design, deliver, and measure global training for critical platforms. You will translate complex workflows into role-based experiences, partnering across IT, Clinical Systems, Finance, and leadership to ensure readiness and adoption.

Responsibilities include creating learning journeys, job aids, and eLearning while coordinating go-live timelines and training assets across Medidata and Certinia

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years designing and delivering role-based systems training.
• Experience with validated clinical or enterprise platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations and updates.
• Own training approaches, aligning content to go-live timelines and adoption goals.
• Partner with IT, Finance, and business leaders to confirm audiences and objectives.
• Develop and maintain learning journeys, job aids, eLearning, and workshops.
• Support global end-user training, train-the-trainer sessions, and communications.
• Collaborate with LMS teams to publish, version, and track training assets.
