Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks an Organizational Learning Advisor, Enterprise Systems to design, deliver, maintain and measure global training for Medidata, Certinia and related platforms. You will translate complex workflows into role-based learning and drive readiness, adoption and sustainment across a global, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in learning, training, instructional design, systems enablement, or related roles.
• Experience designing and delivering role-based systems training across multiple formats.
• Experience supporting complex implementations, validated clinical systems, or enterprise platforms.
• Preferred experience with Medidata, Certinia, Salesforce-based platforms, CTMS, CDS, EDC, eTMF/RCM, eCOA/ePRO, RTSM/IRT, RBQM.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations, releases, enhancements, new modules, and refreshers.
• Own the training approach in partnership with system owners to align with go-live timelines and adoption goals.
• Coordinate with IT, Clinical Systems, Finance, Project Operations, and business leaders to confirm audiences and learning objectives.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain role-based learning journeys, curricula, job aids, eLearning, videos, and workshops.
• Support end-user training, train-the-trainer sessions, stakeholder briefings, and adoption across platforms.
• Partner with LMS and learning operations to ensure assets are published, version-controlled, and reportable.
