• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support of Dematic customers.
• Involvement in the design, tender, procurement, and delivery phases.
• Installation/configuration of infrastructure for customers.
• Monitoring server performance and identifying issues.
• Applying security measures, including backups and vulnerability patches.
• Communicating issues to customers and providing timely feedback.
