Qualifications

• 5-7 years of work related experience in Can, Ends Manufacturing, Quality, and/or Coatings Support.
• 2 years’ experience in Lean manufacturing or world-class manufacturing processes.
• Experience in conveying strategies and objectives clearly to diverse stakeholders.

• Develop and implement a cohesive external coatings strategy.
• Establish global standards for equipment specifications and operational parameters.
