Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks an Organizational Learning Advisor, Enterprise Systems to design, deliver, and measure global training for Medidata, Certinia, and related platforms.

You will partner with IT, Clinical Systems, Finance, and business leaders to align training with go-live timelines, develop role-based curricula, job aids, eLearning, and performance support for a global, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in learning, training, instructional design, systems enablement, or related roles.
• Experience designing and delivering role-based systems training across instructor-led, virtual, self-paced formats.
• Experience with Medidata, Certinia, Salesforce platforms preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations, releases, enhancements, new modules, and sustainment.
• Own the training approach in partnership with system owners and stakeholders, aligning to go-live timelines and role-based requirements.
• Coordinate with EPMO, IT, Clinical Systems, Finance, and other stakeholders to confirm audiences and timelines.
• Develop and maintain learning journeys, curricula, job aids, eLearning, videos, workshops, and performance support resources.
• Support global end-user training and adoption across multiple platforms and systems.
• Partner with LMS teams to ensure training assets are correctly managed and published.
