Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks an Organizational Learning Advisor, Enterprise Systems to design, deliver, maintain, and measure global training for Medidata, Certinia, and related platforms. The role partners across IT, EPMO, Clinical Systems, Finance, and business leaders to scope needs and align to go-live timelines.

You will develop role-based learning journeys, job aids, eLearning, videos, and workshops while supporting global adoption, readiness, and sustainment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years in learning, training, instructional design, or related roles.
• Experience delivering role-based systems training (instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, blended).
• Experience supporting complex implementations, global rollouts, LMS publishing, and sustainment.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations and go-lives.
• Own training approach in partnership with system owners and stakeholders.
• Confirm audiences, objectives, content readiness, approvals, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain role-based learning journeys, job aids, eLearning, and workshops.
• Support end-user training, train-the-trainer sessions, and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with LMS teams to publish, version-control, discover, and report training assets.
