Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Organizational Learning Advisor, Enterprise Systems to design, deliver, and measure global systems training across Medidata and Certinia platforms. You will translate complex workflows into clear, role-based learning experiences and partner with IT, Clinical Systems, Finance, and business leaders to align training with go-live timelines and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in learning, training, or systems enablement roles.
• Experience delivering role-based systems training across multiple formats.
• Familiarity with Medidata, Certinia, and Salesforce-based platforms is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning & enablement strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations.
• Own training approach and align with go-live timelines and compliance needs.
• Collaborate with IT, Clinical Systems, Finance, and stakeholders to confirm audiences and objectives.
• Develop and maintain learning journeys, job aids, eLearning, and performance support.
• Support global end-user training and train-the-trainer activities.
• Ensure assets are published, version-controlled, and reportable in the Worldwide Learning Center.
