Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Organizational Learning Advisor for Enterprise Systems to design, deliver, and measure global training across Medidata and Certinia platforms and related enterprise tools.

You will partner with system owners, IT, Clinical Ops, Finance and project operations to define audiences, learning objectives, and go-live readiness, developing curricula, job aids, eLearning, and practice activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years in learning, training, instructional design, or related roles.
• Experience designing and delivering role-based systems training through multiple formats (ILT, virtual, self-paced, blended, video, job aids).
• Experience supporting complex implementations, validated systems, and global rollouts with LMS publishing and sustainment.
• Preferred experience with Medidata, Certinia, Salesforce-based platforms, CTMS, CDS, EDC, eTMF/RCM, eCOA/ePRO, RTSM/IRT, RBQM or similar.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations and enhancements.
• Own the training approach in partnership with system owners and stakeholders, aligning to go-live timelines and adoption goals.
• Collaborate with EPMO, IT, Clinical Systems, Finance, Project Operations, and SMEs to confirm audiences and learning objectives.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain role-based learning journeys, curricula, job aids, facilitator materials, eLearning, videos, and practice activities.
• Support global end-user training, train-the-trainer sessions, stakeholder briefings, and adoption across platforms.
• Partner with LMS teams to ensure assets are published, versioned, and reportable within the Worldwide Learning Center.
