Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks an Organizational Learning Advisor, Enterprise Systems to design, deliver, and measure global systems training for Medidata and Certinia. The role partners with IT, Clinical Systems, Finance and business leaders to translate complex workflows into role-based learning resources.

You will develop learning journeys, job aids, eLearning, and workshops, ensuring alignment with go-live timelines and regulatory controls across validated platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years in learning, training, or systems enablement.
• Experience delivering role-based systems training (instructor-led, virtual, e-learning).
• Experience supporting complex implementations and LMS publishing.
• Preferred experience with Medidata, Certinia, Salesforce-based platforms, CTMS, CDS, EDC, eTMF/RCM, eCOA/ePRO, RTSM/IRT, RBQM.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations.
• Own the training approach in partnership with system owners and stakeholders.
• Confirm audiences, objectives, and timelines with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain role-based learning journeys and materials.
• Support global end-user training and stakeholder communications.
• Partner with LMS and learning operations teams to manage assets.
