Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks an Organizational Learning Advisor, Enterprise Systems to design, deliver, and measure global training for critical platforms. Qualifications

• Strong instructional design and facilitation experience for system training and enablement.
• Ability to translate complex clinical, financial, and operational workflows into clear learning experiences.
• Experience with regulated/validated systems training (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) and audit readiness.
• Proven ability to work in a global, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations and releases.
• Own the training approach in partnership with system owners to align with go-live timelines and adoption goals.
• Partner with IT, EPMO, Clinical Systems, Finance, and stakeholders to validate audiences and learning objectives.
• Develop and maintain role-based learning journeys, job aids, eLearning, videos, workshops, and performance support assets.
• Support global end-user training, train-the-trainer sessions, stakeholder briefings, and adoption across platforms.
