Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks an Organizational Learning Advisor, Enterprise Systems to design and deliver global training for Medidata and Certinia platforms. You will translate complex workflows into clear, role-based learning experiences, supporting readiness and adoption across regions.

You will lead enablement strategies, partner with IT and business leaders, and maintain training assets within the Worldwide Learning Center, ensuring accuracy and timely updates as systems evolve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
• 7+ years in learning, training, instructional design, or related roles.
• Experience delivering role-based systems training across multiple formats.
• Experience with complex implementations and global rollouts.
• Preferred experience with Medidata, Certinia, Salesforce-based platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations and releases.
• Own the training approach aligned to go-live timelines and adoption goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to confirm audiences, objectives, and content readiness.
• Develop and maintain role-based learning journeys, job aids, eLearning, and workshops.
• Support global end-user training, train-the-trainer sessions, and communications.
• Partner with LMS teams to publish, version control, and report training assets.
