A leading digital agency is seeking a Head of Project Management to drive a high-profile global Digital Demand Transformation program. This role involves leading the delivery of major initiatives, establishing governance, and ensuring adoption of new digital capabilities across various functions. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in digital transformation within complex organizations, along with strong expertise in PMO and stakeholder management. A hybrid working model is in place, requiring 2 days in the office.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading large-scale digital transformation in complex global organizations.
• Strong PMO, governance, and stakeholder management expertise.
• Experience leading major agency transitions (Publicis or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across connected transformation workstreams.
• Establish programme governance, tracking KPIs, risks, and benefits.
• Embed new digital ways of working across markets and functions.
