Job summary

A global leader in sports infrastructure development seeks a Design Lead to drive innovative sports surface and infrastructure solutions for elite projects. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate work through all RIBA stages, and engage with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. This role is pivotal in ensuring design excellence and compliance with international standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in sports facilities, stadiums, landscape, or infrastructure design.
• Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams.
• Experience working within BIM and federated design environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process on major sports surface and infrastructure projects.
• Manage design delivery across all RIBA stages (0-7).
• Act as the primary design interface with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
