We’re looking for a Corporate Communications Manager to play a central role in protecting and strengthening Trustpilot’s corporate reputation at a time when trust, transparency and credibility matter more than ever.

In this role, you’ll sit at the heart of our global corporate communications team, helping to shape how Trustpilot shows up in the media and wider public conversation. You’ll run a fast‑paced, international press office, support senior leader profiling, and deliver proactive campaigns that reinforce Truspilot’s role as a trusted, independent platform for consumers and businesses alike.

You’ll work closely with teams across legal, product, marketing and public affairs, and partner with PR colleagues in key markets including the UK, Germany, Italy, and the US to ensure our messaging is consistent, credible and clear. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives on complexity, enjoys balancing reactive and proactive work, and wants to grow their impact as part of an ambitious, collaborative and purpose‑driven team.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll help lead Trustpilot’s day‑to‑day corporate communications, ensuring we show up clearly, confidently and consistently in the media while building long‑term trust in our brand.

  • Run and coordinate a busy international press office, handling media enquiries across markets with confidence and judgement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key journalists, acting as a trusted and responsive point of contact
  • Deliver proactive corporate campaigns that strengthen Trustpilot’s reputation and support our long‑term narrative
  • Support profiling opportunities for senior leaders, including briefings, messaging and media engagement
  • Help manage and improve Trustpilot’s Wikipedia presence, coordinating updates across languages where needed and working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure information is accurate, consistent and policy‑compliant.
  • Work closely with legal, product, marketing and public affairs teams to manage sensitive issues and key moments
  • Partner with global PR teams to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning and tone across markets
  • Track media coverage and sentiment, helping the team understand reputational trends and opportunities
  • Contribute to major corporate storytelling moments, including Trustpilot’s annual Trust Report
Who you are
  • Proven experience in corporate communications, media relations or reputation management, gained in‑house, at an agency, or in a media environment
  • Confident handling complex or high‑profile media enquiries with sound judgement and attention to detail
  • An excellent communicator with strong writing skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly and simply
  • Comfortable working at pace and juggling multiple priorities across reactive and proactive work
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build trusted relationships across teams and geographies
  • Curious, resilient and motivated to grow – you’re keen to develop your skills and help the wider team succeed
  • Experience in tech, platforms or regulated environments is a plus
  • Experience working with Scandinavian media (particularly Denmark) and confidence managing sensitive reputational issues‑in market
  • Additional European language skills (especially Danish) are highly valued and will be used regularly in the role, but are not essential
What’s in it for you
  • A range of flexible working options to dedicate time to what matters to you
  • Competitive compensation package + bonus
  • 25 days holiday per year, increasing to 28 days after 2 years of employment
  • Two (paid) volunteering days a year to spend your time giving back to the causes that matter to you and your community
  • Rich learning and development opportunities are supported through the Trustpilot Academy and Blinkist
  • Pension and life insurance
  • Health cash plan, online GP, 24/7, Employee Assistance Plan
  • Full access to Headspace, a popular mindfulness app to promote positive mental health
  • Paid parental leave

  • Central office location complete with table tennis, a gaming corner, coffee bars and all the snacks and refreshments you can ask for
  • Regular opportunities to connect and get to know your fellow Trusties, including company‑wide celebrations and events, ERG activities, and team socials.
  • Access to over 4,000 deals and discounts on things like travel, electronics, fashion, fitness, cinema discounts, and more.
  • Independent financial advice and free standard professional mortgage broker advice
  • Talent acceleration programs: Fast‑track your career with our tailored development programs designed to support growth at whatever stage of your career
