Team/Role Overview

The Global Clearing Operational Resiliency Product Manager will join the Payments product team in London, working closely with members of the Global and UK and Europe Payments teams. This role will strategically liaise with partners across various geographies to drive market analysis, develop compelling client propositions, define robust product solution sets, and ensure the safety and soundness of our product offering with a core focus on End-to-End Resiliency. This position is pivotal in maintaining the integrity and stability of Citi's Global Clearing products.

What you\'ll do

As Global Clearing Operational Resiliency Product Manager, you will:

  • Lead product development and strategy for Global Clearing, ensuring alignment with Payments and Receivables Product Strategy.

  • Manage risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements for the Global Clearing product, including developing and maintaining product documentation.

  • Drive end-to-end operational resiliency, mapping Critical Business Services, establishing impact tolerances, and managing contingency protocols.

  • Engage with senior leaders and SMEs to coordinate reporting on resiliency efforts to governance committees.

  • Enhance client experience and satisfaction for payment products through collaboration with various partners.

  • Provide product training and SME for Global Clearing, and manage the Product Approval Programme (PAP).

  • Participate in Professional Industry Groups and Forums to identify market developments and drive product innovation.

  • Deliver tactical and strategic capability development in line with Global Clearing Product and Payments and Receivables Product Strategy.

What we\'ll need from you

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with strong expertise in product management and a deep understanding of financial services:

  • University graduate (preferably in business, finance, or marketing).

  • Extensive experience in financial services, with a proven track record in Payments or Cash Management.

  • Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, including regulatory and market developments, and experience with F.I. client segments.

  • Proven product management experience with payment or cash management products, specifically focusing on product resiliency and risk.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable with financial data and deriving conclusions.

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and partners.

  • Demonstrated project management skills to deliver results, manage multiple tasks, and work to tight deadlines.

  • Client-first mindset, self-motivated, with the ability to operate strategically and challenge the status quo, influencing diverse internal stakeholders.
