We are looking for a professional to join our Investment Banking team in London and use their skills and ideas to make an impact on the success of Goldman Sachs. Our TMT Group advises clients on various financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity/equity‑linked and debt financings, joint ventures, restructurings, and financial investments.
Our Analysts and Associates play an important role in developing and strengthening client relationships, participating on advisory teams, and structuring and executing a full range of financial transactions. Responsibilities include:
