Location: Yeovil, South West England (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote)

Our client is a leading international eCommerce and specialist business equipment distributor, currently seeking a German-speaking Sales Manager to expand and develop business relationships across the DACH region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful, global organisation and manage their full sales programme in the territory.

Role Overview

As the German Speaking Account Manager for the DACH market, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and expanding business accounts
  • Driving new sales opportunities
  • Providing outstanding service to existing customers
Key Responsibilities
  • Grow and develop existing business accounts to meet/exceed sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the DACH territory
  • Promote new product ranges and marketing initiatives to support growth
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships with a focus on service excellence
  • Deliver consistent, professional communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Manage assigned accounts to drive commercial growth and increase repeat business
  • Monitor account performance and ensure continuous improvement
Candidate Requirements
  • Fluent in German & English (spoken and written)
  • Proven sales or customer service experience, ideally in outbound roles
  • Strong track record of working to targets and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, and able to learn new systems
  • Highly organised, with strong time management skills
  • Motivated, positive, and customer-focused
