German Sales Development Rep – Richmond based, on site – £40,000-£50,000 + commission

We have a new exciting opportunity for a role based in beautiful Richmond, on site, 5 days a week. This small successful SaaS company, providing software organisational solutions to the European market is looking for a near native German speaker.

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and reaching out via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn and sales tools to new potential German customers
  • Supporting sales managers with customer communication: email campaigns, creation of case studies and database management
  • Preparing and participating in industry fairs and events across the UK
  • Generating new opportunities via phone calls or existing customers for sales managers to close
  • Developing skills to organise and eventually run webinar presentations and software‑training sessions
Qualifications / Success Factors
  • Energetic, self‑starter with a can‑do attitude
  • Looking for a career in sales and enjoying developing new business with B2B customers
  • Enjoy being part of a team aspiring to the same goals and creating success within the organisation
  • Interested in learning the whole 360‑sales process to progress into a more senior level in the future
  • Previous experience in sales is advantageous but not essential; a strong understanding of sales combined with high business acumen is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Can work to KPI’s and targets and enjoy smashing them
  • Near‑native German is essential; excellent level of English is required

The role is based Monday to Friday in Richmond. Monthly travel costs will be supported. The role is to start ASAP with onsite interviews starting next week.
