Qualifications

• Essential: BSc / MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
• Ideally working towards or holding professional membership (RICS, ICES, CIOB).
• Previous commercial experience and industry knowledge are desirable.

• Support senior commercial team members while managing procurement and supply chain relationships.
• Drive value for money and cost efficiency without compromising quality.
• Measure, record, and value work independently.
• Manage commercial activities, cost reconciliations, and stakeholder relationships.
