Location: York
I'm working with a growing, employee-owned civil and structural engineering consultancy, looking to add a Geotechnical Engineer for their York office.
This is an ideal role for an engineer with a few years experience, wanting to take more ownership of design work and projects, develop strong client-facing skills, and progress towards Incorporated or Chartered status with structured support.
You will join a friendly, highly collaborative team delivering a mix of rail, transportation, energy, heavy civils and structures projects, with significant repeat business and a great culture.
Working as a Geotechnical Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, analysis and management of engineering projects from early feasibility through to detailed design and construction support.
You will work closely with clients, contractors and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver technically robust and compliant solutions, with growing involvement in project management, client liaison and commercial aspects (time and budget management).
