Key Responsibilities
  • Establish GIS tools, data sets, and templates for client projects.
  • Deliver geospatial services across utilities, regeneration, healthcare, education, and sustainability sectors.
  • Integrate GIS with existing digital services and support digital twin development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify opportunities for digitisation.
  • Engage with clients to represent and sell GIS services.
  • Line management responsibilities with potential team growth in future.
We’re looking for
  • Experienced GIS Developer with a background in the built environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Esri ArcGIS tools and platforms (ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, Experience Builder etc).
  • Strong SQL data and spatial tooling (e.g. PostGIS, GeoPandas etc) with the ability to build ETL / ELT workflows to ingest, clean, transform and validate geospatial data from multiple sources.
  • Someone who can evaluate new tools and horizon scan AI methods to enhance the offering to clients.
  • Experience interacting with technical and non‑technical staff members and translating business needs into technical solutions.
You will receive
  • Salary up to £70,000.
  • 100% remote working model with occasional client meetings.
  • Opportunity to shape a new service offering and influence strategic direction.
