General Production Operative – Nottingham (Full Time, UK only)

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the assembly and manufacturing of signage products following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
  • Operate production machinery (presses, cutting machines, conveyor systems) while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining equipment cleanliness.
  • Conduct visual inspections at various stages of production to identify defects or deviations from specifications and report quality issues to supervisors.
  • Safely handle and transport raw materials, components, and finished products using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting shortages to the inventory control team.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized, including machinery, tools, and production equipment; perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Follow all safety procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and participating in safety training programs.
  • Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and resolve production-related issues.
  • Complete production logs, forms, and reports accurately and on time.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus but not required.
