Due to excellent growth and secured permanent placements, we are pleased to offer additional positions for Machine Operatives Packers and Printers, to join their busy departments.

Role Description For Machine Operative:

• 12 week training program.
• Faced paced environment
• Learn how to use the individual machines
• Amending golf clubs to order
• Lengthening, shortening, increasing, decreasing the weight.
• Changing club-heads.
• Able to work under pressure, this role is measured, you are given full support to reach your goals
• Using bespoke tools
• Working on your own and as part of a team

Hourly pay:

• £13.00 per hour as a machine operative
• £19.50 per hour OT

Working hours:

• 07.30am to 16.00pm Monday to Thursday
• 07.30am to 13.30pm Friday
• Accrue 33 days holiday per year

Role Description For Golf Ball Packer and Printer Operative:

• Full training program provided.
• Faced paced environment
• Amending golf balls to order
• Able to work under pressure, this role is measured, you are given full support to reach your goals
• Working on your own and as part of a team

Hourly pay:

• £12.70 per hour as a packer operative

Working hours:

• 07.30am to 16.00pm Monday to Thursday
• 07.30am to 13.30pm Friday
• Accrue 33 days holiday per year

Role Description For Machine Printer Operative:

• Faced paced environment
• Learn how to use the individual machines
• Amending golf balls to order
• Able to work under pressure, this role is measured, you are given full support to reach your goals
• Using bespoke tools
• Working on your own and as part of a team

Hourly pay:

• £13.00 per hour as a printer operative

Working hours:

• 07.30am to 16.00pm Monday to Thursday
• 07.30am to 13.30pm Friday
• Accrue 33 days holiday per year
