Responsibilities
  • Take full accountability for day-to-day operations of the pub and restaurant
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing front and back-of-house team
  • Deliver consistently outstanding service, food, and drink quality
  • Drive revenue through events, promotions, and exceptional hospitality
  • Oversee stock control, staffing, budgets, and compliance
  • Build strong local relationships and maintain a loyal customer base
  • Proven experience as a General Manager
  • A confident leader with a hands-on approach and great communication skills
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to maximise sales and control costs
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • Experience managing food-led pubs or restaurants
  • Sound knowledge of licensing, health & safety, and operational compliance
