What you'll be doing

As a General Manager you will be responsible for one of our many thriving locations.

You will take ownership of the day-to-day management of the store and use your experience to drive results and productivity.

  • Forecast and deploy labour effectively, create team rotas to meet targets / budgets
  • Ensure all compliance / health and safety standards are met.
  • Drive sales, profit and service excellence for your store and completing financial reports / stock takes
  • Team Management; monitor quality of service and performance, coach and inspire your team!
