This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong operational leader to run a vibrant late-night venue, ensuring exceptional service and a seamless guest experience from start to finish. Late-night hospitality experience is essential, as is the ability to manage a busy, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the team, fostering a positive and professional culture.
  • Manage budgets, costs, and profitability, including monitoring sales and operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
