GeneralManager - Up to 45k Up to 100% Bonus Live In

We’re looking for a General Manager for the Coopers Arms in Chelsea as we look to invest in the pub with a new look in the new year. We will be taking the Coopers Arms back to its roots – it will have the feel of a traditional pub with plenty of modern twists and we’re looking for someone to be the face of this pub who will be a hit with the Chelsea community.

The pub is situated on Flood Street which runs from the Kings Road to the River Thames and its stunning main bar area is complemented by an upstairs room which can be used for private hire and functions as well as a cute courtyard garden – ideal for a glass of wine when the sun is shining!

The ideal candidate is people-focused and can make an instant connection with guests and regulars – someone who is equally at home chatting away to our regulars behind the bar as they are touching tables and serving stunning Sunday Roasts. They'll have an entrepreneurial mind and be able to tailor the offer and events to their neighbours and community and be passionate about everything it means to be a publican. This is a fantastic opportunity to run a refurbished pub in one of London’s most sought after neighbourhoods.

Running a Pub for Youngs
