Calling Strange Fish of London. We’re looking for you, a General Manager of unique flavour, along with a delicious mix of vision and energy, for one of our restaurant in Central London. You’re a trusted senior, taking the initiative and setting the tone to create a seamless operation. Yet you’re also keen to shape the individual culture of your location and deliver memorable experiences for our Guests and your Fish (team members) alike.

What you’ll be doing at Sticks ’n’ Sushi

• You’ll be the overall guardian of our culture and hospitality, ensuring quality delivery and the best process.
• You’ll lead with passion - coaching, directing and building skills on all levels within your restaurant, driving your Fish to be better (or stranger!)
• You’ll seek out opportunities to drive growth and optimise, with good financial and operational planning and control.
• You’ll build a strong community around your restaurant, welcoming all equally and making sure they leave the real world for a while in the time they spend at Sticks ‘n’ Sushi.

You have a track record of excellence from previous manager roles in hospitality. You have the adaptability of water, staying flexible and quickly responding to challenges and changes. You are a decision‑maker, problem‑solver and someone who keeps the good energy flowing.
