ibis Styles Glasgow Central isn’t your typical hotel. With bold design, quirky personality, and a buzzing atmosphere, it’s a city centre hub that reflects the vibrant energy of Glasgow itself. We’re now looking for a General Manager who can bring fresh leadership, commercial drive, and a people-first approach to take this hotel to the next level.
Reporting directly to the RBH Operations Director, you’ll be the face of the property, shaping its identity, culture, and guest experience while ensuring commercial success. This role is about leading a team to create memorable stays, building strong community connections, and keeping the ibis Styles brand fun, modern, and relevant.
As General Manager, you’ll set the tone for the entire hotel. Your leadership will directly impact team engagement, guest satisfaction, and commercial success. You’ll have the autonomy to shape strategy, implement ideas, and build on the property’s strong reputation – all while being supported by RBH’s network of hospitality experts across the UK.
