We’re looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead Supernova Soho. Supernova is known for its energetic atmosphere and outstanding smashed burgers, making it a standout destination in the capital’s quick‑service scene.

This is a floor‑based leadership role — not an office job. As General Manager, you’ll lead from the front, setting the tone for service, standards, and culture every day. You’ll be responsible for daily operations, team performance, and guest satisfaction, ensuring the shop runs smoothly, consistently, and at pace.
You’ll report directly to the Operations Manager and work closely with the head office teams across operations, HR, training, and marketing to keep standards high and support ongoing improvements.
This role is ideal for an experienced GM or a strong AGM from a fast‑paced QSR or casual dining background who’s ready to take ownership of a busy London site and make their mark.
Lead daily operations with strong on‑the‑floor presence.
Ensure speed, consistency, and smooth service across all shifts.
Monitor labour usage and stock control.
Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing team.
Motivate and guide the team to deliver strong performance and an excellent guest experience.
Create a positive, energetic team culture where people feel supported and accountable.
Lead every shift from the front, setting the tone for service.
Deliver warm, fast, and professional service at all times.
Handle guest feedback and escalations with confidence and care.
Ensure the store reflects the Supernova brand in atmosphere, cleanliness, and quality.
2+ years of experience as a General Manager or AGM in QSR or casual dining.
Track record of managing fast‑paced teams.
Confident, hands‑on leader passionate about people and hospitality.
Strong operational discipline with a focus on standards, consistency, and team development.
