A prominent restaurant in London seeks a General Manager to lead operations and drive growth at their original site. This role involves developing a high-performing team, managing key performance indicators, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Ideal candidates will have experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment and a strong commercial mindset. This full-time position offers a salary of £37,000 – £42,500 along with various perks including free meals, private GP access, and team socials.

YOUR ROLE. As GM, you’ll run our original site and lead both FOH & BOH. With a second site on the horizon and expansion plans, there’ll be future opportunities to grow with us.
