Job description

Core Group is currently recruiting 1 x General Labourer for a long-term position.

This role operates on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, averaging 30–45 hours per week. You’ll work four days, followed by four days off.

You will be supporting our client’s technician with general labouring and deep‑cleaning duties, including scrubbing, moving materials, and working with cleaning chemicals. Please be aware this is a physically demanding role.

Working hours may vary, and you will be travelling with the technician to different sites around TN37 6HB.

Important: You must live within 7 miles of TN37 6HB, as the technician will collect you and drop you off at your home each day.

Rates:

• £15/hr – Self‑Employed
• £12.21/hr + NI, Holiday Pay & Pension – PAYE
• £16.15/hr – Umbrella
