About The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Gas Service and Repair Engineer to join a Dynamic Client of ours. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take a leadership role in delivering high-quality gas servicing and repairs across Social Housing properties. As the Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing service and repair operations, mentoring junior engineers, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out servicing, fault diagnosis, and repairs on a range of gas appliances.
  • Lead and support a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and on-site training
  • Ensure all work complies with current gas safety regulations and company standards
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used
  • Liaise with customers to provide clear explanations and updates
  • Assist with quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years experience in gas service and repair

  • Full UK driving licence
