Parr FM has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Plumbing engineer to join our Belfast based team. The role will work across all sectors including public health and education & private including retail and production throughout NI and ROI.

Position – Plumbing and Heating engineer

Department – Ireland FM

Reporting to: Account Manager

Status of post: Full-time Permanent

Job description:

This role will include:

  • Carry out minor works/projects on contracts
  • Response maintenance
  • Carry out works to the organisations high – quality standards
  • Itemise the work required in the clients premises
  • Undertake other duties necessary by management to ensure the efficiency of the company
  • Carry out all works alongside the company values
  • This is a full time post, working 39 hours per week
  • Company van and mobile phone is included

Essential Criteria

  • City and guilds level 2&3 mechanical engineering
  • Full driving license
  • GAS safe for domestic and commercial
  • OFTEC registered

Desirable Criteria

Whilst not essential it would be advantageous for the candidate to have:

  • Valid CSR card
