Responsibilities

• Conduct gas services in social housing properties, completing an average of 10+ jobs per day.


• Work with landlords - price is per property.


• Ensure all work is carried out efficiently, meeting the highest standards of safety and compliance.


• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and professional representation of Swale Heating.


• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of scheduled services.

Requirements

• Own van and tools.

Experience

• Ideally, candidates will have previous experience in social housing.

Payment and Registration

• Weekly pay (in arrears).


• Payment into LTD or Sole Trader accounts (Must be CIS registered unless you have Gross Payment Status).


• CIS payments are subject to a weekly admin fee.


• You will work for and be paid via Rock Recruitment agency.

Price per Property: £23
