Your Role:

• Completion of annual gas servicing & minor heating repairs working to health & safety guidelines, safe working practices, operational procedures, gas safety regulations and specifications
• Must be available for out‑of‑hours call‑outs on a rota basis
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and safety
• Report / Complete works using your PDA
• Report accidents, near‑miss events, and potential hazards
• Be flexible in working with a wide range of customers, adapting to their needs and schedules
