We are recruiting on behalf of a national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector.

They require self‑employed heating engineers for a long‑term social housing contract.

Contract Details

• Location: Cheltenham
• Contract: Council
• Work type: Landlord Gas Safety Checks and Central Heating Repairs
• Commitment: Minimum of 3 set days per week
• Length: February 2026
• Payment terms: Weekly, one week in arrears

Rates

• £300.00 per day (all parts supplied)
• Additional out of hours rates available

Requirements

• No more than 6 points on a driving licence
• Calibrated flue gas analyser
• £2 m public liability insurance
