About the Department

The Asset Management department delivers a first‑class property‑based service across the Group. Responsibilities span reactive and planned maintenance, property refurbishment, building safety and compliance.

Role Information

You will help enhance residents’ green spaces by maintaining tidy, open communal gardens and grassed areas around homes and estates.

Tasks include general grass cutting, strimming and upkeep around properties, ensuring neat and tidy work for tenants to use and enjoy.

Qualifications: passion for gardening, experience using gardening machinery, full valid UK driving licence (points/convictions must be disclosed).
