Responsibilities include coordinating with fund administrators, maintaining financial reporting, and acting as a key contact for stakeholders. Candidates should have 3-7 years of experience in a financial institution and a tertiary qualification in finance, economics, or accounting. A supportive team environment and opportunities for growth are provided.
Join Macquarie Capital’s Principal Finance Operations team in London, where we manage the operational aspects of a varied European investment portfolio, from pre-settlement to maturity. As part of a larger global operations team, our London-based regional team oversees a variety of debt transactions across corporate and real estate sectors, primarily managing the operations and portfolios of two funds based in Luxembourg and France. You will oversee procedural set up, reporting, fees/invoicing, and the approval process for new investments. Your responsibilities will include maintaining operating procedures, documenting fund positions, financial reporting, reconciliations, operational analysis, and implementing controls as required. You will act as a subject matter expert for the funds, delivering recurring fund‑specific tasks such as audits, board meetings, invoices/fees processing, quarterly reconciliations, risk reporting, valuations, document execution, due diligence, tax obligations, and supplier relationship management. You will also be the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, maintain accurate process documentation, and project manage future fund enhancements.
