Job summary

A leading banking institution in Greater London is seeking a Structured Funds Solutions (SFS) Loan Servicing professional. The role involves servicing complex fund finance facilities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with operational controls. Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of Fund Finance products and Loan IQ experience. The position offers hybrid working arrangements, requiring candidates to be in the office 2 days per week, promoting an inclusive and diverse environment that values different perspectives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Fund Finance products including NAV, Capital Call, and GP/LP structures.
• Prior experience in Loan Operations, ideally within a Fund Finance environment.
• Understanding of LMA documentation and ability to interpret key operational clauses.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Loan IQ experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Validate and coordinate all funding requests in line with documentation and controls.
• Review LMA loan documentation for operational compliance.
• Manage client queries, ensuring high service standards.
• Support ongoing portfolio monitoring and lifecycle event management.
• Collaborate on new deal onboarding and amendments.
• Contribute to process efficiency and risk management initiatives.
