Job description

Location and flexible working: Edinburgh. All our roles are open to part-time, job-share and other types of flexibility. We will discuss what is important to you and balance this with business requirements during the recruitment process.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: Up to £50,000 dependent upon experience plus an indicative bonus range of 16% to 32%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more.

The role

You will be responsible for the maintenance and development of our unit-linked investment proposition, including the management, execution and development of a range of processes, including fund and lifestyle profile launch, change and closure, corporate actions and responding to queries from stakeholders across the organisation. You will also have the opportunity to represent the Investment Proposition management team on projects, including developing requirements, analysis to be undertaken and the timescale for the work involved.

What we’re looking for
  • In depth experience and knowledge of investments and managing unit-linked investment proposition
  • Strong delivery skills, with an eye for operational efficiency to meet the varied demands from both internal and external stakeholders
  • Effective at driving process execution and development
  • Be an excellent communicator with the ability to influence and stakeholder manage across different levels of our business
  • Experience of working in a highly regulated environment where you have been responsible for identifying, managing and monitoring potential risks
