Qualifications

• Experience supporting learners with SEND, SEMH or additional needs.
• Understanding of safeguarding and best practice when working with vulnerable learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and accessible Maths and English lessons from Entry Level to Level 2.
• Work closely with learners to build confidence and improve academic skills.

Skills

Experience delivering Functional Skills Maths and/or English

Ability to adapt lessons to meet a wide range of learning styles and abilities

Strong behaviour management and communication skills

Compassionate, flexible and learner-focused approach

Education

Recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS, AET, Cert Ed or PGCE)
