We are looking for a talented and ambitious Functional Consultant who excels at requirement gathering, solution design, and CRM/website configuration.

Your role will be to act as the functionality expert for the CRM and Website products that we work with, working with the clients to understand their business processes and to perform solution design.

You will run discovery workshops with clients, following our implementation process to gather their requirements. Using your extensive knowledge of the products and by working with the product team you will ideate solutions redesigning client organisations workflows into efficient processes with the technology to support them. Once approved you will be hands on configuring and customising the solutions whilst also working closely with our product teams to implement new features.

Key responsibilities
  • Preparing and conducting discovery workshops with clients, demonstrating curiosity to extract comprehensive requirements and understanding of their existing tools and processes
  • Documenting workshop outcomes through detailed business process maps and functional requirement specifications
  • Designing and explaining clear and sustainable solutions
  • Independently configuring product features to meet requirements
  • Conducting thorough functional and end-to-end testing prior to delivery
  • Running client demonstrations and UAT sessions to gather feedback in a structured format
  • Collaborating with Project Managers to identify timeline-conscious next steps
  • Contributing to the product development backlog with improvement suggestions
Experience sought
  • 3+ years experience delivering digital system implementation projects including websites
  • A compulsive list maker, organiser and executer
  • Previous experience working in a digital agency is a must
  • The ability to grasp concepts quickly
  • Someone who loves technical challenges and is committed to quality outcomes for our clients.
