Job Description

The role involves carrying out 3-4 client assessments per day via telephone, video, or face-to-face meetings to understand how a person’s disability or health condition affects daily life. You will listen to experiences, ask questions, and produce a factual report to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine eligibility for benefits. The final decision is made by the DWP; your role is to gather information and produce the report.
