Job description

A lovely family in N8 is seeking a reliable, organised, and experienced full‑time live‑out nanny housekeeper to support their home and care for their two children—one toddler and a newborn arriving shortly. This role combines childcare and housekeeping duties, including deep cleaning, and requires someone proactive and confident in caring for young children and babies. Fluency in English is essential. The family also has one dog, and walking and feeding the dog will be part of the role. They have help for the next two months for now; therefore, the job starts at the end of February.

Working hours: 4 days a week, flexible days and hours.

Responsibilities

• Supporting daily routines, feeding, and nap schedules
• Preparing and planning meals and snacks for the children
• Engaging the children in age‑appropriate play and educational activities
• Ensuring the children's safety, well‑being, and development
• Changing nappies and supporting hygiene routines
• Occasional nursery‑related tasks for the older child
• Tidying children’s bedrooms and play areas
• Washing and ironing the children’s clothes
• Hoovering, mopping, dusting
• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms
• Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe organisation
• Feeding the dog and basic care

The family is looking to hire from February 2026, with flexibility for a slightly earlier start.
