Full Stack Developer

C#, React, Azure DevOps

Hybrid - Poole, Dorset (2 days per week in the office)

£45,000 - £50,000

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our agile software team and help build innovative, life‑critical SaaS solutions for a global security company. You'll play a key role and be involved in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including design, development, testing, deployment, release, and monitoring of applications.

In addition to hands‑on development, this role will take ownership of Azure DevOps pipelines, release management, and site reliability engineering (SRE) practices to ensure smooth, secure, and reliable delivery of our solutions.

What You’ll Do
  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using React, .NET Core, Entity Framework, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL.
  • Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing, secure builds, and reliable deployments.
  • Apply infrastructure‑as‑code practices and DevOps tooling to improve automation and consistency across environments.
  • Work with the team to establish and follow best practices in software engineering, cloud security, and observability.
Required Skills
  • Strong experience with .NET Core, C#, Entity Framework, and RESTful API development.
  • Frontend expertise with React (TypeScript preferred).
  • Hands‑on experience with DevOps (pipelines, builds, releases).
  • Understanding of site reliability engineering principles, including monitoring, logging, and incident response.
  • Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
  • Knowledge of agile practices (Scrum/Kanban).
Desirable skills/qualifications
  • Exposure to infrastructure as code (ARM/Bicep, Terraform, or similar).
  • Experience with GraphQL (consuming or building APIs).
  • Familiarity with Application Insights, Azure Monitor, or similar observability tools.
  • Good understanding of cyber security.
