Responsibilities

• Lead role in providing consistent and reliable access to the Library’s electronic resources and establishing workflows that maintain discovery and use of all Library collections.
• Use expertise regarding the life cycle of electronic resources to support responsibilities, including analyzing feasibility of technical platforms, resource licensing and contracting, copyright compliance, and vendor negotiations.
• Act as a bridge across multiple Library units involved in electronic resources management, enhancing access and use, designing a system of access, analyzing staff and user issues with discovery of resources, and leading the team to a rapid resolution.
