Job summary

A leading insurance and financial services firm in Stratford-upon-Avon seeks a Financial Services Training Improvement Consultant to enhance training initiatives within their team. This role involves designing impactful training, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Ideal candidates will possess a QCF Level 4 qualification and have expertise in financial services, alongside excellent communication skills. Qualifications

  • QCF Level 4 Qualified (Diploma in Financial Planning) is required.
  • Strong background working within a Financial Services / Advisory setting.
  • Motivated and proactive mindset needed for a fast-paced training environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training to implement changes confidently.
  • Support changes to Life Sales processes and documentation.
  • Identify and report on issues and risks, propose mitigation plans.
  • Deliver short-term projects and activities to agreed standards.

Skills

Experience working in Financial Service functions
Technical understanding of financial services regulatory regimes
Ability to deliver business process improvements
Good understanding of tax and Financial Planning solutions
Knowledge of Training software - ideally Articulate
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively
