A luxury hotel brand in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Front Office Receptionist to provide exceptional guest service and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will manage check-in and billing processes, assist with guest requests, and liaise with different departments to ensure a high standard of service. Experience in luxury hotels and fluency in English, along with technical proficiency in hotel systems, are required. A hospitality diploma is preferred.
