Role Overview

This is a varied front of house and team support role, acting as the first point of contact for visitors while ensuring the smooth day to day running of the office. The role suits someone proactive and confident who enjoys being the go-to person and thrives in a well-run, professional environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Welcome visitors and handle incoming calls, acting as the professional face of the business
  • Organise and manage meeting room schedules, ensuring rooms are prepared and reset to a high standard
  • Support the wider EA team with administrative tasks
  • Keep the office running smoothly by maintaining an organised, well-presented workspace
  • Order and manage office supplies, coordinate weekly team catering, and ensure refreshments are consistently available
  • Oversee day-to-day operational tasks such as post, couriers, printers, and invoice processing
  • Prepare, format, and collate documents with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Provide basic IT support and liaise with external providers to resolve technical issues
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, implement efficiencies, and add structure to office operations
Who You Are
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proactive, confident, and highly organised
  • Polished and professional with strong communication skills
